How do I save up to $15,000?

Offer valid for new residents who take financial possession during promotional period. The promoted amount is provided as a $5,000 credit to the invoice in months 1, 13 and 25. Or you can choose to reduce your monthly rent by $417 per month for as long as you live with us. Choice must be made upon move-in and cannot be changed.

Can I accumulate credits?

The credits cannot accumulate and must be used in months 1, 13 and 25. Any amount of remaining credit will be applied to the next month’s invoice. If you choose the monthly discount, Legend will not reimburse the unused amount in the $15,000 offer if the resident moves out before the 36^th month.

Is the credit good for both rent and levels of care?

The credit applies to the complete invoice for that month, including rent, care, medication management and other miscellaneous charges.

Is the discount available on both Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments?

The credit is available on all available Independent Living, Personal Care, Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments.

When does the offer expire?

This is a Limited Time Offer and can end at any time.

If I choose the monthly savings, is the rent locked?

No. The entire senior living industry experiences annual rate increases due to rising personnel and operational costs. To maintain our high standards of quality care, we may raise rates from time to time. However, you will be notified of the any rent increase 30 days prior to effective date and the $417 per-month discount will be applied to your rent as long as you live with us.

What does my monthly rent include?

Your monthly discounted rent includes traditional living expenses such as utilities, meals, activities and housekeeping. You will be charged additional for medication management and/or levels of care as necessary.
