When you move into this Legend Senior Living residence, you can enjoy a starting-at on large 1-bedroom apartments of just $3,685 or you can save $417 a month as long as you live with us. The longer you stay, the more you save.

Tell me more about the $3,685 rate?

The $3,685 starting-at rate reflects a discount of $300 off current published rate of units under $4,200. You can save $417 a month on all other Assisted Living apartments.

Is the rent locked?

The $3,685 is your rate upon a signed agreement for select apartments. The entire senior living industry experiences annual rate increases of 2-6% due to rising personnel and operational costs. To maintain our high standards of quality care, we will raise rates from time to time. However, you will be notified of any increase 30 days prior to the effective date.

What does my monthly rent include?

Your monthly discounted rent includes traditional living expenses such as utilities, meals, activities and housekeeping. You will be charged additional for medication management and/or levels of care as necessary.

Is the discount available on both Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments?

The $3,685 rate and the savings of $417 are available on select Assisted Living Apartments only. This rate is not available for Memory Care.

When does the offer expire?
