Exercise isn’t just to lose a few pounds or build muscle. Instead, all types of movement provide benefits ranging from boosted mood to an increased immune response to the opportunity to socialize with others.


Seniors can especially benefit from regular exercise, but many older adults feel intimidated to pick up a new class at the local gym. Join us as we learn from Sean Gardner, a Rehabilitation Tech at Texas Joint and Spine. He’ll walk us through a fitness class and give us the information we need to continue our home efforts.
