Which 2 Months Have Free Rent, Levels of Care and Medication Management?

Legend Senior Living is offering 2 free months of rent, levels of care and medication management! The resident will enjoy these savings in their first month and in their birthday month. As a special gift, the birthday month is also free every year the resident lives with us. 

When Can I Move In
Upon signing resident agreement, paying a non-refundable community fee and one full month’s rent, you lock in these special incentives and your choice of apartment. To move in now, you will need to follow move-in protocols. 
What Does My Monthly Rent Include?

Your monthly rent includes traditional living expenses such as utilities, meals, activities and housekeeping. You will be charged additional for medication management and/or levels of care as necessary. However, levels of care and medication management are FREE for the first month of living with us an your birthday month every year!
