The $3,299 (studio) and $3,999 (1-bedroom) starting-at rates reflect a discount off current published rate.

Is the rent locked?

No. The entire senior living industry experiences annual rate increases due to rising personnel and operational costs. To maintain our high standards of quality care, we may raise rates from time to time. However, you will be notified of the any rent increase 30 days prior to effective date.

What does my monthly rent include?

Your monthly discounted rent includes traditional living expenses such as utilities, meals, activities and housekeeping. You will be charged additional for medication management and/or levels of care as necessary.

Is the discount available on both Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments?

The special starting-at rates are available on select Assisted Living Apartments only. This rate is not available for Memory Care.
